- All payments made for any program listed on this website are non-refundable once a student enrolls
- No refunds will be provided for missed sessions, schedule conflicts, change of mind, or inability to continue after enrollment
- JWA may, at its discretion, provide alternate support, rescheduling options, or access adjustments where reasonably possible
